We stayed in the bus. It is really beautifully fitted out with amazing views and has everything you need. The lack of a toilet or shower within the accommodation was irrelevant for us as the long drop was close by and there were communal washing facilities. The location is stunning and so peaceful. Would fully recommend. 

The Kernow Miner stayed but one day, so this’ll be a short review. The place is immaculate, and I do mean immaculate. From the accommodation (I stayed in the gypsy caravan), to the shared shower/toilet block. 
The owners are always available and approachable.
The attention to detail is superb. (The caravan I stayed in had just about everything I could need, including a small cooker, and toilet roll, all that I had to supply was food)
The main camping area consists of a small paddock that’s enclosed, and very child friendly.
Travelling on your own with a bottle of wine and a book? The setting is stunning, perfect place to unwind.
I was enjoying a friends birthday party, perhaps one hundred guests, plenty of room for the catering van, live band, disco and all important bar. I believe they advertise as hosting events, and I suspect if you’re stuck for ideas for catering or entertainment, they’re not short of suggestions.
Did I mention the place is immaculate?

Spent one week at Treyhill Farm  in their cottage/annex beside main farmhouse. Very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The accommodation is a quirky mix of modern and old fashioned!! The farm itself is right outside door including 3 wandering sheep with a lamb, 2 large pigs and a host of strange chickens and ducks. The countryside views to estuary at Instow are breathtaking. The drive to the farm is along a very narrow twisty lane. Instow is a charming beach side village very peaceful and relaxing. The alternative accommodation at Treyhill comprises a bus, glamping and bring your own camping. It is all very rural and quiet - we had the advantage of dry and sunny weather might not be so idyllic  in bad weather!!!

We stayed here for 2 nights on our way to a week near Lyme Regis.

Our accommodation was a converted 50 year old bus which we chose more for the kids than ourselves. The bus is situated in its own field with beautiful views to the sea, the sunsets are breathtaking.

The farm itself is wonderfully rustic with sheep, pigs, chickens and the friendly farm dogs all roaming freely.  The roads around the farm are majorly narrow and definitely not safe to walk.

The owners Nikki and Tim are very friendly and helpful.

There is an eco friendly compostable toilet in the bus field which isn't too pleasant so we used the main toilets and shower which were spotless.

All in all a great couple of nights off the beaten track. 

Couldn't of asked for more friendly hosts been made to feel very welcome. Stayed in the communal glamping section the fire pits and the view are very nice additions. The hosts have been very welcoming and friendly, the facilities are more than adequate and very clean. All round very enjoyable and faultless. Would definitely recommend and hope to return soon 👍👍👍

Firstly, I must say our trip was actually August/September 2017, but I never got round to writing my review - so better late than never I hope!

I brought my daughter and two dogs for a short break before daughter started senior school and we were lucky enough to have a couple of nights in the boat in the field glamping and then a couple of nights in the cottage next door to the farmhouse.  Well, what a wonderful experience.  The boat felt like it was a million miles from anyone, so private and peaceful with beautiful views over farmland to the sea.  Emma couldn't have been more helpful and generous giving us some bread and eggs (we had brought some with us, but when we arrived she said she would bring us some fresh when we had run out) despite being fairly heavily pregnant at the time, nothing seemed too much bother for her.  She also made some great recommendations for places to eat and happily made reservations for us.  She also recommended a surf lesson at the North Devon Surf School which I will admit I was fairly nervous about, but was two of the best, most fun and absolutely exhausting hours I have ever spent.  I hope to return one day.

We stayed in the private field with the boat, which was lovely. Unfortunately they had experienced some problems with rain so they set up a bell tent for us so we had the use of both. Emma pulled out all the stops to make sure it was ready. The view down to the estuary was beautiful. We had a campfire both nights which my daughter loved. Compost toilet is fine and thetas shower super hot and great. Def glamping rather than camping :)

We stayed in Bill’s Bowtop which was just stunning. Love the the fire pits next to the caravan which we made use of. The facilities were very clean and nicely decorated. We had a really relaxing and peaceful experience even though the site was full. Everything was very chilled and charming.

Would love to come back and stay on the boat.

We booked a last minute stay for one night on 21st July. The only accommodation available was the mini caravan (they have a bell tent, gypsy caravan, restored boat and camping spaces too)
We received very well thought out infornation about the campsite prior to arrival which was much appreciated. 
The campsite had clean bathrooms, firepits and friendly dogs plus resident pigs to greet you - all wonderful!
The real highlight was the old barn filled with every possible thing needed - crockery, pans, camping stoves, maps, condiments and a comfy dining room table to chill at if the weather takes a turn for the worst! 
All in all a brilliant break! 

Stayed here in a tent for 4 nights with the other half and 2 kids and we all throughly enjoyed our stay..the location was great, on a small farm and a village with a lovely pub a short walk away. 
The pottery was great for little supplies you may have forgotten with the 2 pigs round the corner of it that the kids enjoyed saying hi to each day.
There was an unfortunate issue where there was no water for one of the days but the owners were all over this and managed to bring in some festival showers that were great and did the job.
All in all a great stay, quiet location, near enough to beaches and other sites via a short drive.
There was a lovely boat with private garden and a bell tent and gypsy caravan also available but we went with our own tent for the full camping experience but for those that like to glamp you can do.
Would recommend to others.
