If anyone had to go Banbury please stay here as Anthony will go out of his way to accommodate your every needs, great place to stay, Breakfast was big & good, room,s, nice & clean, just a good place to stay. dispite other comment,s i guess people want different things but you dont always get that, B&B means sleeping& breakfast, not luxury to them but is to other,s.

Great place to stay, Anthony was great

Stayed one night. Rooms were not as clean as they should be. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was hot and ok. Probably wouldn’t return.Ideally based with a short distance walk into Banbury. Sainsbury’s nearby with a petrol station. 

Overnight stay

my family and I were forced to leave 3 mins later. 
the owner was extremely rude to us right from the very time we stepped on his door. we politely asked for a new bedsheet as we saw strands of hair on the bed but was asked to go after such request.

WORST B&B

I booked 3 rooms for an overnight stay for our 6 guest.  When they saw that the bedsheets were not changed,  they asked for mew sheets, the owner got so upset and told them toleave his house in 3 min or else he will call the police amd will let his dog out. I have never encountered any person like that chucking their guest out. The only consolation was that booking.com was helpful. I dont expect you to believe me but at least be made aware that this kind of business owner should never be
patronised. Just be careful.

The worst person to deal with

To be fair 1 out of 5 is too nice for this place. 

Went to pay for room after we got in there. We were asked if we were having breakfast but we were up too early to have it just like most places when your up and gone for 6am. Asked if we wanted cups etc for a cuppa in the morning so we said yes. Then I asked for sugar....the lady replied with yes there is sugar in the room because I CHECKED! earlier. So off I go carrying my tray with cups and milk to the bedroom then I check the sugar....not going to say anything else....just check the photo out.

1 PUBIC HAIR OR 2..?

From arrival the place is unwelcoming untidy garden, shown to bedroom very dated and unwelcoming. Had to go out soon after we arrived, when we came back took forever to unlocked the bedroom door. Bedding was dated and looked like it hadn’t been ironed. The bathroom, shared by others had no soap or shower gel. One towel had been put on the bed that looked old and faded. 
In the morning we were told breakfast was not included in the price although they advertise b&b and we hadn’t been Told different. It was probably best as i wasn’t impressed with anything. 
Wouldn’t recommend to anyone 

Words fail me 

Having stayed here as lone female, I actually felt unsafe. I have never stayed in such a disappointingly awful place and can't help but feel sorry for the owner!
On arrival the owner was out and didn't answer his phone so I sat in the hall on the bottom stair for 45 minutes awaiting his arrival. Upon being shown to my room I discovered quite a filthy bed and the floor had clearly not be vacuumed in a long while. After a 4 hour drive I was exhausted and just wanted a cup of tea and bed so he found me a mug and some milk. 
There was not even a towel provided for guests so after searching in a landing wardrobe I located one myself!
The bedroom door was not lockable so I had to drag a chest of drawers over to secure myself in the room - quite ridiculous!
The communal bathroom was disgusting. Dirty basin and toilet and black mound in the shower. There were discarded toilet rolls all over the floor. I dread to think when there was last any attempt to clean.
Breakfast was not included but even if it had been I would have declined. 
This b& b seems to be used by contractors so the noise from 5.30am was unbearable.
This establishment is terrible and in my opinion should not be trading!
