We stayed at Catsfield Place for my husband's 65 Birthday.  We stayed for 2 nights and Carol Ann and Luke were fantastic hosts.  The house in incredible and Carol Ann took us through the history.  We also made use of the pool area on Saturday afternoon.
The grounds are fantastic and the wonderful views from the bedroom windows.  Breakfast was also excellent and relaxed.
This is a great venue for a family celebration and we would definitely book Catsfield again.

Carol_Ann and Luke are so welcoming, we really didn't want to leave ,the bedrooms have everything you need and more and the breakfast is excellent ,a fantastic place to stay ,will be returning very soon.The house is so quirky and the history is lovely to hear about from the owners every room is so fascinating

We were one of the first guests to stay with the wonderful family at Catsfield Place, but we certainly won't be the last. Our stay there was a delightful experience that proved to be one of the top highlights of our 5-week trip to England. Carol-Ann and her son Luke especially made us feel more than welcome and were the perfect hosts. 

Their home is a mix of modern and classic manor house that creates its own unique enticing personality, with suits of armor comfortably intermingling with zebra rugs and silver bejewelled leopards.  The rich historical background of the home welcomes you to the past, with the added benefits of contemporary conveniences.  It is truly an incredible maze of interesting and delightful surprises. The indoor pool and spa provide an appealing lounge area that invites rest and relaxation. The outdoors beckon, with flower gardens, a small fruit orchard, tennis courts, and plenty of green space to wander.  Carol-Ann cooked us the most delicious dinner (how does a simple pasta dish taste so good?!), which we enjoyed in the pub. The bedrooms are comfortable and exquisitely decorated. Again, this is where Carol-Ann's style shines: tasteful and classy yet bold and exciting.  

Unfortunately, we were only there for one night, but we absolutely loved it! It's not the least expensive option, especially for a bed and breakfast, but you'll feel like you found the bargain of the century.  Calling it “just” a bed and breakfast would be kind of like calling a Lamborghini “just” a car. We felt that the value was more than worth every penny. We can't wait to go back!

So many words to describe Catsfield Place... all of them good! Carol-Anne and Luke are so friendly and welcoming, however the whole family is lovely and treat their guests like family. We felt like we were being welcomed into their home rather than a Bed & Breakfast. They were also very accommodating, as we returned quite late from a party. The house and gardens are absolutely stunning and our suite was very spacious and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was delicious and there was plenty to choose from. Catsfield Place has lots of history and we enjoyed listening to the stories. We will definitely be returning for a longer stay and to make better use of the facilities on offer. We feel we have made friends for life and will keep in contact. We cannot recommend highly enough. P.S We loved the puppy and we didn’t want to leave!
