We were a group of 33 people who did a group booking for this hotel for business. I cannot fault the service of all the staff, via email as well as in person. The rooms were great, clean, fairly modern. location was perfect. 5 minute walk to Birmingham New Street station as well as the hotel being surrounded by many restaurants and 5-10 minute walk to the Bull Ring. Breakfast was great and the hotel had kindly booked a table for us in the morning for when suits us. I would definately return here!
