Great location. Host was very responsive and check in was very essy. Easy walking distance to pubs and restaurants. Botanic gardens 10 minute walk away. Highly recommend staying here.

Great wee apartment an very reasonably priced, plenty of shops/bars/cafes right beside it, An great secure on street parking.

I visited for a university open day, so only stayed a couple of nights, but the apartment was clean, warm and well located.Perspective for a short break.

Excellent stay at Welly house, contacted the host a couple of times and both times replied quickly. Great little place to stay, bars and shops within walking distance

The place was very clean. The bed was very very comfortable. It has a good kitchen with lots of utensils and pots and pans.

Great stay in Belfast.  Property is walkable to fantastic neighborhood restaurants like Hendrix and Orto and in a bit more time, all the landmarks of city centre.  Flat has all the comforts of home as well as parking and ability to do laundry, both very appreciated.  Communication is great... previous guests had turned off hot water to our flat and host was there and fixing it in no time.  This property makes a wonderful trip possible.

Had a great stay. The placement way good and closeby if you wanna take a walk to sentrum or if you wanna take a 7min bus ride. The host was amazing at communicating and was just super nice! The only thing that’s not a 10/10 is what seemed like mold in the bathroom. Me and my friend only stayed for a weekend which made it easy to avoid using that room but definitely a disappointment.

Great stay in Belfast at Welly Self Service.  Located just south of city centre, so walk or short drive into Belfast attractions.  We also walked to dinner and Lyric Theatre, so this is a great base for the area.  Contactless check-in and check-out were very easy, and the leafy neighborhood is quiet and safe.

Good sized living and kitchen area, comfortable bed. Lovely little outside yard with patio furniture. Walkable into city centre but only a short bus ride too. Area quiet enough at night. 2 great pubs very close by and handy for convenience stores/ supermarket.  On street parking available but the street does get very busy. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and the only point I could think to raise is the kitchen comes with everything you could need except a bottle/ tin opener.

Just what we needed for visiting a friend for a weekend. Instructions for check in were emailed and clear. Apartment had all  amenities you could need and all the linen and bathrooms were clean. The walls could do with a good wash and some of the furniture could do with some TLC but overall really good for the price. Would stay again for any similar trip. Thank you for a good stay.

Good location about 15 minutes walk from centre, convenience store across road and nice pub for food /drink also. Good size ground floor apartment with seperate lounge/kitchenette and bedroom/bathroom. The place just needs a freshen up, it feels tired looking and the shower enclosure is worn and smells musty /damp. Towels provided were also very worn out but we had taken our own. Overall happy with stay especially when consider cost value compared to hotels just down the road so its a good balance. We used it just to get our heads down as was out all day , evening anyway.
