I would stay at this Premier Inn again. No issues. Just needed a safe cosy room to sleep. It was perfect. I arrived at around 9pm, had a shower, watched TV and slept. Room was clean, bathroom clean. Bed comfy and slept well.

The hotel was absolutely incredible and I had the best sleep I ever had the staff were so good it's like they were my best friends the location of the hotel was in the perfect area a lot of things were very accessible

Had a good night sleep yet again, I've stayed multiple times now and I have no complaints, friendly staff as always and comfortable beds, had breakfast next door and the staff where efficient for table service breakfast 

Decided to give this hotel a try as all other hotels in Norwich we stayed at did not meet our expectations, friendly staff, rooms well looked after , the hotel is in a nice remote and quiet area , would recommend to others

The place is quite far away from the city so you won’t see as many people around , and you can get a quiet nights sleep. Clean rooms , comfortable bed , friendly staff , very welcome check in , would recommend for the future visitors!

This hotel was perfect for our needs, very comfortable and quiet - had a great nights sleep. Plenty of parking too. 
Big thank you to Kelly who was able to help us check in early as we were travelling down for a funeral and wanted to quickly change beforehand!

The Premier Inn was as expected. Clean, comfortable and cosy. Very Good.

The Table Table Restaurant next door was not so good.  We waited 2 hours for two courses and you could tell the food had been sitting there for a while.
Breakfast wasn't much better. We eventually got someone else's order but ate it cause we couldn't wait any longer!

So Premier Inn very good but a table Table Restaurant attached, bad!

I booked this hotel for my parents to come up and stay (it is local to us) they have some mobility issues and the hotel staff were very accommodating with this. Room was clean and fine, happy to book again. 

The rooms were clean, the food at Table Table was good, etc. etc.
What made the stay great was the staff. I was staying for a convention at the showground and all the staff (especially Gemma on reception and the guy that I assume was the manger at Table Table - forgot to get his name) were super helpful, accommodating and patient with myself and a bunch of other guests that all met there and caused disruption by changing plans (and rooms!)  and all wanting to sit together at meal times despite coming in and all paying separately.

Comfortable quiet and well attended. Almost always use Premier Inn, you know what you are going to get, not disappointed yet. 
Slept well food pretty good. Staff were very helpful and efficient. Will use again.

The hotel and staff in the hotel were amazing I would highly recommend the hotel but the adjoining pub was disappointing to say the least. We ate there in the evening of our stay and staff were incredibly rude, food came out missing key ingredients such as chicken smothered in bbq sauce was missing the sauce!! Both the evening meal and breakfast was overall disappointing. I would avoid the cooked breakfast and stick to the continental as the cooked breakfast resembled plastic. I would recommend staying at the hotel but eat elsewhere!!

Premier in is always consistent,  clean and comfy and the staff are amazing. We stay whenever we can, wherever we are because of this. Also the price is reasonable and the location is near a station and Somerton eat.
