Stayed here for three nights whilst visiting Bath Xmas Market and a little sightseeing. We were very pleased with this guest house and I have to say it was spot on for cleanliness/friendliness. The breakfast was great also. The location is very good as you can walk into the city centre in about 20 mins (which we did every time and didn't bother with the buses at all). It was a very pleasant walk, although the bus stops are close by. The rooms and in fact the whole guest house was immaculate. The food at breakfast was very good. Maureen and Judith were very friendly and helpful. Couldn't ask for any more from a guest house, I think I can safely say it is one of the best one I have stayed in and we do travel a lot. I certainly wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if I return to Bath.
