Perfect for a family holiday; suits 3 generations. Feels really safe to give the children some independence. Accommodation always spotless. Grounds are immaculate.  Staff are pleasant and helpful when needed but atmosphere is very relaxed and safe. Highly recommended for a   stress free break for all ages.

Friendly check-in and a lovely atmosphere. While the furniture is a bit dated, ground floor rooms with patios are great—especially south-facing ones for all-day sun. The family cottage was excellent, spacious, and perfect for kids to play safely with no cars on site. Handy luggage trolleys made arrival easy. We enjoyed walks to Baggy Point, the pool, beach, and fun extras like mini golf and table tennis—all equipment provided.

The only disappointment, especially given the price, was the hotel room cleaning—no bed made, no cleaning done, just fresh towels and tea/coffee left. That was very surprising. 

However we had a brilliant family holiday. Big shout out to the pool supervisors who were always so friendly and helpful.

Stayed at unison croyde bay from 1st August with family, the lodge was spacious and clean. The site was absolutely perfect plenty of activities for the whole family to do.

Amazing stay, great location with fantastic facilities and friendly staff. Our daughters loved the pool and the buffet breakfast. We love Croyde and can't wait to visit again soon!

It is very clean friendly staff. The food is excellent and everything is free to use on the site like crazy golf tennis bowling the gym swimming pool and there's loads of games and game rooms for children as well. beautiful beaches in a lovely croyde village

My husband and I stayed for three nights in December. The weather was epic, high winds and rain. However, that didn't spoil it we had a wonderful time. The resort is beautifully kept and the staff are super friendly and helpful. The lodge we stayed in was new and very comfortable and slept six with two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and open plan lounge diner and the facilities onsite well cared for. The location, just behind the dunes of the beautiful Croyde Bay was spectacular. Just a few minutes walk and you are on the beach.  There is a great pub just up the road and the bar and restaurant on site are good too. We would definitely come back again.

My Wife and I together with two friends stayed at Unison Croyde Bay Holiday Camp for a long weekend in November.  The whole place was very quiet due to being out of season, but oh so restful. The food was good as was the service of all staff.  The Lodge we stayed in was spacious, clean and more than adequate for our stay.  We had cooking, cleaning, dish washing and clothes washing facilities.  This combined with three bedrooms, one with en-suite as well as a separate bathroom/shower, Central heating and double glazing. Excellent all round

Hiding right behind the dunes, with a pool, games room, tennis court, mini gold, bowling green and bar - we love this place. 15% off for Unison members. 

There is a variety of accommodation to choose from, ranging from an upstairs room in the main building (just over £100), to a downstairs room (with outside access and patio), to chalets which can accommodate larger parties and finally the top drawer lodges at about £170/night. These are amazing! Fitted kitchen, tiled bathrooms, Netflix and decking with tropical foliage trimming. Its had to leave them to go to the beach.

Came down for my brothers wedding from Manchester. Excellent location, great hotel, made me wish I was a Unison member. Lovely people, helpful and friendly. Tasty scoff in pleasant surroundings, everything felt clean, fresh and the whole place looks like the people who work there to maintain it take pride in their work. I imagine people who come to stay for a holiday rebook often. When I come back down to visit family, this is where I'll stay.

Great lodges to stay in we had a 3 bedroom Lodge, the double bedroom had an en-suite with tv In bedroom and the other two bedrooms had 2x single beds in, they all have plenty of wardrobes and draws for clothing and bedside cabinets the only thing missing I’d say is bedside lamps it would be really handy, there was another bathroom with a shower over a bath, the kitchen / dinning room had everything you’d need with dinning table chairs, cooker oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing
machine, dishwasher, 3 draw freezer and under counter fridge. They also provide you with towels, tea towel, 3 x dishwasher tables oven glove, toilet paper in bathrooms and had soap, iron & board & sweeping brush and cleaning buckets there is also a outdoor table and chairs, there is also a warm water swimming pool, sauna, steam-room and gym & evening entertainment and you can have breakfast for £9.75 although we didn’t have time to use any of these. Over all great lodge and will stay again

Great lodges

The hotel room, although more pricey at £120 / night than the standard Barnstaple chain hotels, had a lot more space and was better equipped , with a kitchen with fridge, microwave and set of plates and cutlery. There was enough storage space for the 3 adults, decent sized bathroom, with decent WiFi and TV. There was plenty of parking spaces by reception and you can use it on the day of departure if you plan on using the beach. However, if you leave by the beach gate, you have a direct steep walk over a dune to the beach, or turn right and follow the path at the back of the houses to reach the middle of the beach via a flat route. We have National Trust 
membership so normally use the car park on the north side of the beach, right by the beach with the option of walking around Baggy point. We didn't have time to use the facilities, but if you wish to use the crazy golf bring your own balls, as clubs are free from reception unlike the balls. The tennis court had a padlock on it, you have to leave a deposit to get on court and again bring your own kit. The pool was well used, but more a fun pool for kids than for lane swimming with a gym to the rear. We walked the half mile into Croyde for a meal at the Thatch a Croyde institution which is very busy in the summer. The staff on reception were efficient and gave good information. Additionally there is a launderette to the side of the pool area which could prove useful. 

Spacious Hotel Room

Croyde Bay is beautiful. Our Lodge exceeded our expectations and despite the not so sunny but very rainy spells we had a wonderful mini break. Great location as the beach is just over the dunes and the beach is lovely and beach with amazing views of the sea in one side and the lush green country hills on the other. A short walk to the shops where there are a few lovely pubs and shops. Would definitely recommend Croyde Bay for a quiet break.

Lovely Holiday

Absolutely excellant, you could not fault the resort. Staff so friendly and attentive. Resort gardens kept in excellant order. Food was fantastic and very reasonable. Entertaintment in the evening was brilliant. So many things on site to do as well as walk to the sand dunes just minutes away. What a wonderful place will certainly go back for longer next time! We stayed in a self catering cottage, excellant! Very clean and fully functional.
