We stayed in the Beachcomber apartment over Christmas. The apartment was very well appointed throughout, with some lovely Christmas additions. The location is ideal for taking casual walks along the beautiful beach. It is also a short walk to an express  supermarket and just a little further to Westward Ho! Centre that has some nice bars and restaurants, The Cormorant being very good value with a super full English breakfast. If you are looking for an active beach holiday or just time to relax this location is ideal. Overall a very pleasurable stay.

Had a great four nights in Pebble Ridge apartment.  Everything in the apartment was very clean and had all the amenities one needed.  The only thing missing for accommodation of this calibre was a safe for valuables.  The outside space was fantastic and totally secure for our little dog. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

Just had another lovely stay at Surf Bay .
We had our Daughter , Son in law teenage grandaughter and fur grandchild with us, so stayed in Breakwater 3 bedroom dog friendly apartment this time.
The apartment is extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need.
The site is beautifully kept and very quiet. The staff are very friendly and helpful 
Bath  and hand towels were provided along with towels and bathrobes for the hot tub. 
We've already booked again for next year, so that says it all.
As other people have mentioned, the apartment is in easy walking distance for the beach,  shops bars and restaurants. There's plenty to do in and around Westward Ho, but not over commercialised.
The main beach is very clean and manned by lifeguards, but having the dog with us meant that we used the beach at Northam Burrows which was a bit too far to walk, but we drove down the toll road and paid £7 daily charge for parking. This fee goes to fund the facilities there . The lady in the information centre told us that if you get there before 9am the toll Booth wasn't manned, so it was free.

We stayed a week in the Breakwater 3 bedroom apartment with the hot tub. I stayed with my husband, teenaged daughter, grandparents plus our two dogs and there was plenty of room for everyone.  The facilities in the apartment where first class and their attention to detail was lovely. We were supplied with dog beds, bowls, treats, plenty of towels to use for the hot tub and extra for showering including beautiful white dressing gowns! Westward Ho! itself is fab and Surf Bay is literally a 15 minute flat walk to the town where there are plenty of places to eat and drink but without being too commercialised. Surf Bay holiday was small, kept very well and had a great location for walks straight onto Northam Burrows common where sheep and horses are allowed to roam free before you get to the fabulous beach. There is a huge part of the beach a short walk away where you can take the dogs at low tide - be sure to check the tide times though as the sea comes in fast. Will definitely stay again. Make you visit the Durrant Hotel for roast and Atlantic fish and chip shop. There is also a great chinese and thai restaurant with all the usual seaside eateries like pasties etc. We also had a lovely pizza in the Pig & Olive which is a short walk from Surf Bay located near to Tescos.

Stayed in the Pebble Ridge apartment with hot tub and totally enclosed garden area.DOG FRIENDLY . FANTASTIC accommodations, clean ,modern, fully kitted kitchen. (No washer/dryer) but the site has a very clean launderette. Wonderful position, quiet, private, only 6 or 7 minute walk to the centre. Most restaurants totally dog friendly. Gated direct entrance to the burrows and beach area for dogs (right side) families with no dogs on the left. Superb sandy beach. (Tip. If you have children and want to take chairs, windbreaker, picnic etc etc, get a little flat bed trolley) it will save you £7.00 per day for parking.  Just a little note..getting the hot tub lid on and off could be a little tricky for elderly. That said we managed and we are no spring chickens. Will definitely stay here again and would recommend to everyone.

We stayed in the Breakwater apartment with hot tub.  The apartment was very clean and modern with plenty of room and equipment.  The beds were comfortable.  The sea view from the apartment was stunning. The staff were helpful on our arrival.  

We love going to westward Ho such a lovely place to visit we would normally stay over the other  side but this time we had a apartment at surf bay holiday park 
Such good quality spacious rooms and lo very views of the northern burrows looking out to Appledore

Been going here 30 years with my parents and now my children. Site is well maintained and the staff can’t do enough to ensure our stay is as good as can be. We stopped in the dog friendly apparent with hot tub - what an amazing touch to have in the sun! Highly recommend Surf Bay!

Helpful friendly staff, apartment was everything and more than was advertised. Within easy walking distance to lovely beach and the amenties in Westwood Ho! Enjoyed it so much have booked again for next year.Would recommend it to anyone.

Apartment was wonderful with everything we needed , have booked for next year !It was spotlessly clean the kitchen was well equipped beds were comfortable and wifi worked without problems . Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
