Premier Inn Ashford - Eureka Leisure Park

Great location for exploring and shopping. Premier inn was ideally situated for easy access to all the main towns to visit and the weather made walking around very pleasant. We’ll be back soon with the rest of the family I expect. Enjoy Kent!

Very friendly staff, left us a pack of chocolate biscuits so clearly understand the needs of parents travelling with kids during half term 😀 Our room was right next to reception so was worried we would hear people coming in and out all night, but we were all out like a light on the very comfy beds.

Was a great stay only really there to sleep before safari the next day but was lovely staff were friendly just a shame the beefeater was shut otherwise a great stay after a long drive it was a comfortable place to rest before a long day at port lympne

Hayley and anya had excellent customer service and were very polite and helped me out with a sticky situation. Rooms was nice and clean and pillows lovely and fluffy. Beefeater was very busy couldn't get in  but stay was lovely thank you for a nice stay

We stopped here for a few weeks in Nov and again for Dec. Although not much point posting pictures on this occasion as it’s exactly as shown on the box ie standard Premier Inn, comfy mattresses to boot.
Having been there for such a time I think I can say the whole team working there were great 
This included good housekeeping through to front of house
With various chopping and changing in bookings they were great at sorting things and keeping up to date 
In terms of amenities the beefeater next door does a nice breakfast for the hotel with a range of cooked to order items (great as you can have beans or not/ three sausages and one bacon (or vice versa) etc
They also had a range of cold : continental items
The croissant were always nice, and the danish:muffin etc  varied very few days alongside staples like crumpets (they could do with a toaster with a bit more oomph though)
Also McDonald’s is next door again, so there is always a McMuffin at hand or a cheeseburger for late night 
The hotel car park is a decent size, though there were a large number of trade vehicles which scattered about all over the car park, and do take up a fair bit of room making it tricky to get in and out the car etc although there is another ample car park next door by the beefeater 
Just down the road is the cinema, Pizza Hut, Burger King etc, and Dobbies is just across the road for a wander (and with mini supermarket within) 
Overall I would recommend this hotel (did I mention the comfy mattresses) 
What helps it stick out compared to others though are the proximity of things nearby, the motorway and last but not least a pretty stand out reception team 👌🏼

Friendly reception. I was assisted by receptionist, Amy who was extremely helpful. Clean hotel & rooms, very efficient staff. Close to many different restaurants so there is a lot of option. Highly recommend taking advantage of the meal deal voucher they offer at the Beefeater next door. Can’t fault my stay, would definitely stay again.

The hotel overall was Very clean, tidy and organised, the room was spotless and had everything I needed would definitely recommend and stay again.!I’d like to mention Hayley on reception was very helpful, easy check in and out plain sailing

the staff were very friendly on reception when we checked in and it was a quick check in process. We had a new room and it was spotless and the walk in shower was a nice addition. Definitely would stay again x

This is a Very nice Premier inn. It was lovely and quiet too. Nice Beefeater next door and the dinner and breakfast offer was great. Would definitely stay again. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. 

Great family friendly place to stay. We arrived late on a Friday at Half Term with four kids. No hassle at all; completely relaxed and friendly. Staff had no issue with me grabbing a couple of drinks from the bar at Beefeater next door (which did a cracking breakfast). Thanks Premier Inn.

Convenient, welcoming, helpful, rooms as you’d expect from a premier inn

Definitely stay again

My stay here was excellent, and very much appreciated the comfort and cleanliness of the room after spending eight hours in a swimming pool for a training course! The shower pressure was lovely and strong and the ability to adjust the heat in the room made it easy to warm up and dry my kit. The location close to lots of great restaurants was also a huge bonus after a long day

Clean, comfortable room with great service

Very clean, super comfortable bed, and completely quiet despite being next to a main road, would definitely go back! 

Only slight things missing which would’ve been nice were an iron, little biscuits, and some more milk and teabags (we were only given two milk pots and one teabag). It would’ve been nice for both of us to be able to have another cup of tea the morning after as well as the night we stayed.

Very comfortable and quiet

Our stay in the family suite was a super comfortable and aesthetically pleasing experience . We were pleasantly surprsied because the exterior of the hotel is very tired and shabby, however the interior and hotel room deliver to a high standard. The staff were all super friendly, warm and jolly. The children loved it!  

A SUPER COMFORTABLE AND AESTHETICALLY PLEASING STAY AWAY FROM HOME

Stayed here while I was visiting family. Its a fantastic little hotel, with wonderful staff providing a wonderful service.

It's a pretty basic hotel with a vending machine for snacks and cold drinks. If hot drinks are your think they have tea and coffee in the room, it's noth8fancy but it'll do.

Only thing I will suggest is, if you're staying here take a loo roll with you as they use the single sheet paper dispensers which can be a bit annoying lol. Besides that it's a great little hotel and highly recommend the location. 

Great hotel, great location

Hotel was a great location for our Banantyne Spa day. Staff are always helpful and friendly. Hotel rooms are always clean and comfortable. The Beefeater next door were really friendly, my steak unfortunately was not the best, but the service was fabulous, all the other food was great.  Service was a bit slow for breakfast however, it was worth the wait.
