We have a good experience in staying Lynnwood guest house,the host is very friendly and accommodating,, room is clean, just 5minutes walk from train station and 10mins walk to the center,,,just 3mins walk to Saintsbury and cafe area,,,very nice location 

The rooms was great value, close to the center of Windermere town and Garry was an exceedingly pleasent host.  We had a telly, not shower, clean towels and plenty of coffee and tea.  If all you need is a good bed as a base for exploration, this one is highly recommended.

We had a lovely time staying in the Lynwood. We received a warm and friendly welcome by the owner. Really pleasant nice guy.

The location is very near to lots of nice coffee shops, a pub and nice restaurants. Have a burger in the Brown Sugar Restaurant. Fantastic!!!

The room (Windermere) was bright and spacious. It was very clean and there was plenty of tea and coffee for us. A lovely place, great host and we’d happily stay there again and recommend it to our friends.

We were in Derwent on the top floor. The room was great for our stay, we weren't in it long but it was fine, tea and coffee facilities, TV to watch a bit of the footy, and a big shower to freshen up after long days out. I slept really well although the pillows were a  touch on the soft side for me (that's not a knock by the way).
We left the car on Park Road which is free parking for the majority of our stay as the road parking and car park gets quite busy.
Thanks to Garry and his staff. Would stay again.

Approx. 10 minute walk from Keswick centre this is a lovely guest house with very friendly owners brilliant views from bedrooms and even better was we managed to get booked for 3 nights over New Year cannot wait to return and breakfast is first rate.

Our stay is amazing at Lynwood. The host is very helpful. As we are from Malaysia ! Give us a lot of advice! The house is very beautiful , clean and full of character. My parents are happy! . The triple room is big and beds are very comfortable! Great experience! Great price too !

So close to the town and a nice walk from the lake you won’t find better in this area ,Garry looked after us and found us a parking spot ,breakfast was perfect can’t say enough about this place ,room big ,nice comfortable bed all spotless ,my partner from Italy say she loved it too and would be happy to come back in fact i made her a promise to ,well done Garry

this is a lovely guest house Gary  very welcoming nothing to much trouble I asked best places to eat give us a few lovely places to eat rooms lovely clean comfy and the sitting room you can use is lovely with peter rabbit in window was lovely  will be back again when we visit next time thank you for a lovely stay x

Lynwood welcomed us in late at night after being rudely and literally shoved out of the Rayrigg Villa. The host was lovely, the room inviting, and the breakfast wonderful. We are so thankful that she took us in late at night after such a bad experience at Rayrigg.

Wonderful B&B with Lovely Host

Great location with free street parking and very cheap council parking on the same road. Very close to the shops, bars and restaurants. Suggestion: would provide more tourist information leaflets. The hosts were great! Extremely attentive but not overbearing. The room could perhaps do with a fridge considering there is no breaky, otherwise  a great stay!
