Beautiful old farmhouse with ensuite rooms, spotlessly clean with tea & coffee making facilities.  Friendly hosts always ready for a chat or help with things to do in the area. A great spot for exploring Suffolk.
The only downside is the tiny winding staircase leading to the double room, not recommended for anyone with mobility issues.

We had a lovely weekend staying in their 500 year old farm house, in the stunning Suffolk countryside. The breakfast was brilliant, with a huge spread of local produce and fruit from the garden. Sarah and Tim were very helpful with suggestions of places to visit, and the room was perfect. Highly recommended!

We had a big party not far from the farm, so we booked an overnight stay. What a lovely place to stay. The farm is a working farm, with a bed and breakfast in the main house. We walked through the door and felt home straight away. The lady of the house got us coffee and tea with home made cake. The room was just lovely. Very cosy with bits and bops all over the place. We had an on suite bathroom. We also had television in the room and free wifi. The bed was big and very comfortable. The breakfast the next day was just delicious,  So we ate more than we should have. The whole experience was 100% positive. Please note that there are no credit card facilities but you can pay with PayPal, cash or bank transfer or if you wish, pay upfront. Highly recommend 

Off-road parking close to the property was easy. A warm welcome and attention to every detail of our comfort were much in evidence, from the pot of tea and homemade rock cakes upon arrival to the thoughtful details, such as an extra quilt, in case we were cold (we weren't!)   The bed was comfortable and the ensuite modern shower room/toilet incorporated into our beamed 15th century (?) bedroom was a delight, with a heated towel rail and electric shower.  The 'tea-making' tray contained pretty much everything you might wish for, from chocolate and biscuits to coffees and teas.  Nothing was too much trouble.  We only had an overnight stay but the huge breakfast (inc 'full English' cooked plateful) kept us full almost until the evening!!!

We stayed for one night and received a very warm welcome along with tea and home made cake. Our room was large and spacious. The owner Sarah made a lovely breakfast and as they do not accept cards for payment was very amenable to us sending a bank transfer once we returned home. This 500 year old building has loads of character and is very much a working farm. Would highly recommend.

Set in a wonderful off the beaten track location, this peaceful working arable Farm is a great base for exploring East Anglia. 

The kind & respectful hosts, Sarah & Tim offer a warm welcome. The house is magnificent as are the breakfasts. Sarah’s breakfasts will set up visitors for a day’s activity, filled with healthy fruit & yoghurt, toast & marmalade & a full blow-out cooked plateful. 

Sarah’s knowledge of the area is invaluable to visitors planning days out. 

Wonderful accomodation on a working farm close to many of Suffolk's attractions, such as Minsmere, Sutton Hoo and Aldeburgh. The rooms are very comfortable and Sarah's breakfasts are excellent.  We particularly appreciated the fruit on offer and it was lovely to make our own toast so that it was hot when we wanted it.Overall a recommendable place to stay.

I stayed here for two nights whilst in the area for a wedding.  Tim and Sarah have created a welcoming atmosphere at their lovely B&B which is kitted out with everything you could want, even a guest lounge.  The only point to work on was that the shower in my room was a bit lacking in power.  Could do with an upgrade, although perhaps it is making best use of the plumbing facilities available in a traditional farm building.
