We Have no negative comments on this Premier Inn! Didn't expect the room to be so good, Didn't expect a fan to be in the room!. Bed comfy, fluffy comfy sheets, choices of firmness of pillows, clean modern bathroom and shower, did not need to bring shower gel, decor modern, overall a lovely room to stay in. Oh, and don't forget the ample free parking spaces. Greeted well at reception. Excellent all round 👏

We stopped here for one night to break our journey and extend our holiday. 

We were greeted in a friendly and welcoming manner and helped to book a table in the adjoining Beefeater at a convenient time, despite their being very short staffed.

The room was made up and well presented.

Our 7 year old Granddaughter is very happy - and so are we.

The large bed was very comfortable, my son said his bed was comfortable too, so a good night's sleep was had by both of us.

The staff were very helpful and friendly.
I booked for us to have breakfast too.  As you order your food, it was hot and tasty.

The manager 'Julie' was very helpful and kind and really went out of her way for me and made my stay the best! I will definitely come back again. 

This is one of the best Premier inns I've been in. Mostly the manager on duty 'Johnson' is the one that made the most impression to my stay.
I was travelling for work and he helped me with some queries I had and a problem. He was so kind curious and considerate. Very friendly. I came with a bad mood and he was the reason I cheered up.
Such a lovely interecation and really shows that people make the spaces.
Cleanliness in the room was beyond perfect. I usually find at least few hairs on beds but none here. Facilities were perfect. Plugs near bed. Very comfy bed and pillows. The room heats up fast.
overall, I would recommend and come back here again.

Stop gap due to work timings for one night the room had all I needed and I slept very well the reception staff are so friendly and helped with bringing an iron and iron board to my room I had breakfast next door in the beefeater it was fresh and hot also had lots of choices for continental I was spoilt for choice. to say I was set up for a busy day is an understatement Thankyou and I’d definitely come stay here again

Had another wonderful visit meeting the manager Julie this time who was so friendly and helpful she helped with bags to the room and turned up with an iron and ironing board just minutes after I asked for it could not have asked for better thanks again we will be back soon

This was my second visit and they remembered me and my girlfriend from our last stay it was very friendly and the room was very clean and fresh no complaints with the room and breakfast was also great thanks again to Julie and all her team we will be back again soon

Stayed here as out in town for a family birthday party,  greeted promptly in reception who was very helpful, room was lovely and clean and the beds very comfy, coffee making facilities in room, we had an evening meal in the beefeater pub next door which was very good, very good service and staff very polite and friendly, we also had breakfast the next morning which was really tasty and served hot on hot plates! we would definitely recommend this place to stay and eat, thoroughly pleasant experience and will definitely be returning again soon.

If you want clean ,friendly service great food comfortable room. And an enjoyable rest go to. This hotel never disappoints easy to find very good price with the meal deal and room. The choice of food is excellent they do a great steak meal.

Hotel staff are friendly nice and efficient. 
My room was spotless nice and clean. (Cleaned by Lisa) they even provided a small selection box for my kids if they found a duck hidden in the room. 
Will be back again.

Over night stay.

Stayed at this premier inn over Christmas time to visit family and was pleasantly surprised by the festive efforts. The decoration in reception area was lovely and so was the service from reception. The rooms were fresh and clean as always and when I needed a few extra things for my room the housekeepers were kind and helped straight away. Would definitely recommend this hotel ☺️

Brilliant stay - highly recommend

This was meeting up with family & is a perfect location which we have done several times before. The hotel was fine as usual but the Oyster Reach has gone downhill. Nothing wrong with the food & drink, service wasn’t bad. Female toilets weren’t great - seat off one of the toilets, another one had an out of order sign on it. The most annoying thing was trying to get a drink after 10.30 when we were told the bar closes at 10! Looked on the website & it quite clearly says open until 11. I appreciate the staff want to go home but as we had eaten there & were staying at the Premier Inn we didn’t feel it was a strange request to get another drink. It wouldn’t have been so bad if the staff had come to the table & told us they were closing the bar & would we like more drinks. When the manager was challenged about why the bar was closed he just said ‘because it is’. Unfortunately we’ll find somewhere else to meet now as we want to be able to socialise as a family, not get dismissed to our rooms!
