We need to be at the John Radcliffe hospital for an early appointment. Last year we stayed at a budget hotel for this and it was awful. Wouldn't stay there again so booked an accessible room at Premier Inn Cowley. What a difference.  Premier inn was first class. Will definitely stay there again.

The team here are fantastic! Nice people, well trained and Maria was a standout as was the restaurant host. They made what was going to be a difficult time with a hospital visit as easy as possible. By the way the rooms and beds were very comfortable.(though on a hotter day more air con might be good). and breakfast was strong on fresh fruit salad and good quality croissants. Would definitely return.

Confy room for a family (2 adults and a 4 years old girl). The room was recently painted and decorated when We visites. Bathroom was very nice.  Close to Oxford (15 min maximum from Town center). This hotel is not expensive at All and good quality. I would recommand it.

Booked an overnight stay here whilst visiting family. I booked a Premier Plus room and it was great. Located on the top floor, the room was very quiet. Very nicely decorated and the extra features make all the difference. Mini fridge, bedside usb ports, large walk in shower and more. It certainly was worth it to pay the small amount extra to upgrade. Everywhere was very clean. My only slight quibble was that the room became very hot and we couldn’t get the cool air to work properly other than that a brilliant stay.

The hotel and attached Beefeater exceeded our expectations. The room was excellent, with everything we needed. A very comfy bed and quiet room ensured we had a good nights sleep. Facilities were great, with a really good shower and my wife loved the "dressing table" with illuminated mirror. Good choice of food for dinner and breakfast in the Beefeater and was fantastic value for money. Service provided by Lewis H was first class and he should be commended. A credit to the restaurant

All you would expect from the group. New and clean good parking facilities and very access by to city centre. Didn't use the on site Beefeater for breakfast, dinner or evening meal. Deals are offered for food.

Located on a business park on the outskirts of Oxford it’s easy to get to and has free parking. Lovely room and general decor, friendly staff. We walked into the centre which took an hour but we stopped for drinks on the way and enjoyed the walk, got a taxi home for £13.

Stayed here couple of time and we coming to oxford for Easter family gathering. This time we was served by Silva. He welcoming us and gave us room in another block. My fiance wasn't happy when we stayed that block before- people make noise around corridor,  when you need something you have to come to the main building. He then gave us nice clean quit room top floor. Room just perfect and all facilities available. He advice us to book our timer for breakfast in beefeater due to busy time on Easter. 
We love to travel and stay at the premier inn and helping by staff who care and look after their guest like Silva did.
We recommend and we back here again soon

We were staying as my mum was due at the orthopaedic hospital the next day. Amanda the receptionist was very kind and considerate towards us moving rooms so we were close and upgrading my mum so she had a lovely room with a walk-in shower. She  helped with our bags and was all round fantastic!

Bed very comfortable,rooms clean, renovations in progress, odd issues over our 14 weeks but staff worked hard to resolve them. Staff could not have been more helpful and friendly at all times, and they work in difficult circumstances with a ‘tired’ building ….things are worn out but it’s being addressed.. 
I would love to see better internet connection, air con, but in general it’s good value. 
I would definitely stay there again!.
Outside , a little more attention to gardening / tidying would improve the general look.
Plenty of parking which if you were driving would be great. …

Brilliant stay in a Premier Plus room.

Stayed 12/4 for two nights. Friendly check in from Silverlo. Room 511 large room spotless clean. Unfortunately a shower over bath but powerful. Very large premier inn, rooms all over a few buildings. Good location near park and ride for Oxford. No complaints all as expected. Had breakfast at beefeater again as expected, most beefeaters are dark and dated but did the job with a hearty breakfast. Happy to stay again.

I'm a regular here, for work, and always feel welcome.  It's a standard Premier inn format but reliably good every time.
Special mentions go to Silva on reception and Shaun on the breakfast shift.  Both very calm and professional and go that extra step to make sure you have a good stay.

A comfortable stay in a good location.

We had a family trip in oxford, nice place, and it's  near retail park, we can buy snack and food. However the wifi is slow and, a little but disaapointed. 
The choices for the breakfast is not limited, salad or fruit are much needed.
