Really enjoyed our stay, it’s so quiet & spotlessly clean Our room was large & airy, big windows & a sea view.Very relaxing, exactly what we wanted Complimentary breakfast was lovely

Been a few times excellent place staff amazing

Beautiful location. The rooms are lovely, comfortable and cosy. A few minutes walk from the beach, we also saw dolphins in the bay. The breakfast tray was delicious. We would definitely book again.

Was very happy with the room and room was clean would definitely recommend Highcliffe aberporth.

Very good.  Wardrobe could do with being bigger

We loved our 3 night stay. The self check in was straight forward. Our room was spacious & clean, we had a sea view and there was plenty of parking. The breakfast tray was sufficient.  A short stroll to the beach where there was a lovely cafe/bar, open limited days/times. A fish & chip shop and a great pub are also close by. You need to book if you want to enjoy a meal at the pub. The food there was lovely. We will definitely be back

Fabulous 3 night stay

Easy no frills check in. Haven’t seen any staff, we didn’t need them during our 2 night stay. Codes to access doors.Looks newly renovated. Room 7 on the 2nd floor has lovely view of the sea. Looks very clean and tidy but may need closer attention behind bedside lamps when cleaning as cobwebs seen.Has clothes cupboard meant for children, adult hangers cant fit in it.Lacking hooks to hang your jackets/ coats. No hooks in the bathroom to hang your robe.Biggest issue is that you can hear your next door or below occupants’ conversations, and snoring at night. Overall it was ok but couldn’t have stayed any longer than 2 nights because of the sound issue.

This is a staffless hotel - we were a bit dubious in advance, but actually the room was lovely... what was described as 'a glimpse of the sea' from our room (Room 2) was actually a very good sea view... the place has been extensively refurbished and the cleanliness was outstanding. And at £75 per night for a good-sized, comfortable double, very reasonable. The bathroom and shower were of a very high standard too. Road noise can be a bit obtrusive in the mornings, but we were highly satisfied and shall recommend.

Great views, pleasant environment.

Perfect stay! Easy to find with convenient on site car park. The room was nicely decorated, spacious and spotlessly clean. Ours had a sea view. Two beautiful sandy beaches within walking distance and we walked along the coastal path (stunning scenery) to the next village. Breakfast tray was a nice touch and lots of hot water. Would stay again.

Hidden gem!

Can’t recommend enough. Doesn’t look like much from outside but beautiful rooms which is all that matters to us. Really comfy bed, spotlessly clean. Everything looked newly decorated. Bathroom was lovely, fab shower. Lovely extra special touches- breakfast trays on bed , extra portable heater brought in and lots of blankets. A real home from home.  Great value for money for  a hotel so close to the beach.

Beautiful room

Enjoyed our stay at Highcliffe room just as photo comfortable & clean. Breakfast kept us going until tea time. If you needed any extras was no trouble. For us excellent location to visit St David's Tenby a hours drive from hotel. Lovely bay at the bottom of the road & coastal path. Pub & fish n chip take away as well both excellent.

Excellent location & hotel

Don't judge this hotel from the outside. The exterior could do with a lick of paint, however the inside exceeded expectations.
A nice few days away at the highcliffe. Friendly staff who could not do enough for us. Clean and very comfortable room with coffee and tea facilities. Delicious cooked breakfast and also cereals and yoghurt on offer. We would definitely return and stay again!! 

Few days away 

We only stayed for one night as it was a stop over on a motorbike tour, however we wished we had stayed longer. It was exceptionally clean with a very comfortable bed along with our room having a sea view. Friendly hosts and a yummy breakfast. I cannot fault it and Aberporth is a gorgeous place with a stunning cove beach.

Outstanding!

Staff were friendly, breakfast was good, room was delightful and spotless apart from the remote control to the television (see picture) which always makes me feel uneasy. The bed was extremely comfortable and I loved the light up mirror dressing table. We did struggle with noise from the road which was very loud as our room was front of the hotel. Lovely sea view from the room. 2 minute walk to the beach.

Overnight stay 

A beautiful small hotel with 8 rooms. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout. We stayed in room 8 with beautiful sea views. The hotel serves drinks in the bar by Donna who was really helpful and knowledgeable of the local area. A real credit to the hotel. Breakfast was also lovely, cooked to order with good quality ingredients. We would definitely recommend this hotel
