I honestly don’t even know where to start because crowneplaza dubai jumeirah is just amazing. From the moment you arrive, you’re treated like absolute royalty. The staff are so friendly, welcoming, and helpful — they go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect for you, and you can genuinely tell they care. The hotel itself is stunning. Super elegant and peaceful, but still feels relaxed and not too “stiff.” There are two big outdoor pools which are perfect for chilling in the sun, and they even have an indoor pool that’s really nice if you want something quieter or if the weather isn’t ideal. Specially sumir sikhar sathik was excellent treat and warm welcoming was next level . As well receptionist sharmine manager sahajahan, boutrosh excellent care with problems handling recomended hotel .💕
