This was our third visit, and once again, Glo delivered an unforgettable Friday night. The stunning views set the perfect backdrop, the food was absolutely delightful, and the atmosphere made it an ideal spot to unwind with friends. It’s experiences like these that keep bringing us back. I would also like to take a moment to commend the overall service at Rosewood Hotel. From the staff at the entrance to the housekeeping team, everyone was kind, welcoming, and always ready to assist. Room service was excellent, and the housekeeping standards were top notch. However, I would like to respectfully bring to your attention a concern that was shared with me by some of the housekeeping staff. While the service remains excellent, it appears there may be some internal issues related to the staff roster. Without mentioning any names, one of the team members has reportedly worked continuously for more than two weeks without a day off, while others have received two to three days off, even consecutively. When asked, one of the supervisors mentioned the reason was due to “busy operations.” This imbalance has clearly caused stress to certain staff members, though they are afraid to raise their concerns directly with management. I understand this is not my place to interfere in internal matters, and this isn’t my business. But as a human being, I truly recognize how hard these staff members work. Their dedication is visible in the service they provide. That’s why I kindly request that the Housekeeping Manager take the time to speak with the team and ensure fair scheduling. Please make sure that everyone receives at least one day off weekly it’s essential for their well being and motivation. Thank you for taking the time to consider this feedback.
