We booked this hotel and specifically the luxury room to spend a romantic evening on Valentine's Day! In fact, in our room lived other people - Germans - fans who came to a football match in Kharkiv. They pulled the money from me 2 times through the terminal, although I paid for it on the resort! And offered to pay for another room at the other end of the city. But it was worse (which was not allowed by the laws of the hotel business!) After the whole evening: this day was ruined without a fight! The roads had not been repaired! The first thing I see is that the customer has filmed with a lot of money in the store and we recommend you not to rebuild your money with a lot of money and resources.

Population problems

+ of the advantages is only the possibility of leaving 24 hours after arrival (and not before a certain fixed time) and the kindly staff at the registration stand. - to the number armor was added a bathroom reservation for 4 hours and it was difficult to convince that the bathroom we had not reserved. - worn, lost, dirty room - a brick-layed window - in the room for two only one robe with long sleeves, the second was a waffle summer short, with short sleeves - gray towels - a dirty gray sink - a non-washing toilet - when washing the unit from the shower sprinkle water - a hole in the ceiling in the bathroom room was of a complete lack of quality and quality.

Deep disappointment and disgust

For the price I have no complaints. It was clean enough and had good airco and wifi. I didn’t actually stay at the hotel, but used it as a private escape while visiting family in the area.That said, if you reserve here you should know the staff cannot speak English. At one moment, another international guest was trying to figure out the check-out time with the reception and the lady insulted them in Russian. I guess she didn’t think we’d pay attention, but my wife, who speaks Russian very well understood perfectly and was offended by the lady’s behaviour.They didn’t freshen the room unless I asked. They also do not seem to be well connected with booking agencies as they didn’t have my reservation on arrival and weren’t even sure how to charge me until the third day.Finally, don’t be wowed by the idea of an indoor pool. It is a small, private area they charge extra for and the pool is not big enough to actually swim. If you want to use it for a little “romance” I suppose it would be suitable for that.The place has potential, but they are not really prepared for international guests making it suitable only for a short, cheap stay in Charkov.

Short, cheap stay with no frills...and no English

We ordered 3 hours a week with two masseuses (primarily to work for two clients at the same time). We got: smelly hams, a bath to be bathed (throwing wood) to the customer himself, a TV ripped, mold on all the walls, toilet paper from previous customers, a dirty mirror without a mirror over the laundry and a masseuse (one) who was 20 minutes late.
