It was very well kept,  the rooms were very clean,  the staff very attentive.. What I would say even though the pool is open 24hrs it needs more lights.. but overall great stay.. and I would also like to mention Daniel was great in making accommodations to and from the beach.. overall thanks for welcoming us it was a pleasure 🙏

Daniel was very helpful, as well as the others he was working with. Always had a golf cart ready to go!

Nice property! Very kind staff!! Enjoyed the pool and bikes. Was not sure what to expect since the main entrance to the property is on a dirt road.

I’ve stayed here several times before. Very convenient and nice property.

We were attracted to the high ratings of the hotel. We decided to book and stay and we were not disappointed. Close drive from the airport and also the beach shuttle once you get to the property is really great. The staff was great! It’s gated and they have security at night. Felt very safe. It appears they are adding more suites to the property as well. Seascape is next to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world and there are a lot of excursions to do at the beach also if you’d like. We can’t wait to return!

The staff were VERY polite and helpful. I like how they had a shuttle to and from the beach and pool were open 24/7. Very clean and overall nice area to be in and around. :)

The location was very convenient to the beach and shopping center, however the surrounding area was a tad sketchy, and stray dogs barked the whole night the two nights that I stayed there.I appreciate the “happy birthday” sheet that they placed on one of my beds for my birthday, and the first receptionist that I encountered was very kind.However, the view of my hotel room was not the best, as it only displayed the second floor balcony, and the last receptionist that I encountered upon my departure appeared to have an attitude, and impatience with every guest that walked in the office, including myself.

Excellent location close to Grace bay,  downtown, fish fry. Although you can get a ride to the beach we enjoyed the short walks and biking everywhere. Hotel is nice and clean. Staff is wonderful. We would have enjoyed a private balcony to sit on in the mornings and at night but we ended up sitting in the pool area.

Likes-upon arrival we were greeted warmly by Alex and was shown to our room promptly. Our room was very clean and offered the basic amenities. Beds were very comfortable. The kitchenette had a mini fridge, microwave and a Keurig machine. Handy to have. We especially enjoyed the shuttle service to and from the beach from Daniel. He was very friendly and helpful. The pool area was clean and we enjoyed a relaxing swim from a busy day of excursions. Location is ideal, walking distance to many restaurants and Fish Fry. Overall a very pleasant stay and will be back!

Loved this stay! Very quiet & clean . Mr Groupers was about a 3-5 minute walk & Daniel rode us to the beach on the golf cart in about 2-3 minutes. It’s about 8-10 minutes away from the shopping center/night clubs/restaurants. There are dinning options around the location at other hotels but none at this one . There is a vending machine with drinks & light snacks . No laundry service on site . Staff was amazing, very nice & called for our taxi services when we needed them. I would def stay here again .

Great location, walking distance to Thursday fish fry and Mr. Grouper’s restaurant. Although we did have a car bikes were provided for grocery store trips, other nearby restaurants (Hemingways a favorite). Grace Bay beach is beautiful and there were always lounge chairs and umbrellas available.. Daniel was phenomenal, always available to take us via golf cart to beach. We would definitely stay there again!

We had a rental car so we didn't care too much about the location but it turned out that location of this hotel was pretty good. Walking distance to fish fry on Thursdays and to Mr. Grooper restaurant.  Beach is short ride on golf cart with driver Daniel who is relly awesome.Hotel provides lounges,umbrellas and towels  for you.That beach is really beautiful, we went to every single one on the island and that one is the best apart from secret/hiddden beached that we discovered.Room was very simple and clean. We had king size bed and small kitchenette with microwave, toaster and small fridge. It was very quiet at the hotel no one ever was at the pool area. We didn't test the pool either. Overall i would definitely recommend this hotel for  a short  stay. We stayed for 5 days.

The stuff was just outstanding. The room was clean and large. It didn’t have a window to outside so it was very dark. The next door building is still under construction so it was noisy sometime. Also there are some dogs around that would be noisy sometime . Overall it was a good experience ! Would recommend to persons that like to walk.

Seascape Townhomes is a brand new property, therefore all the appliances were new and updated . Overall the premises were clean and well maintained. The accommodations were clean, it’s central air and there are two balconies/deck to sit outside to enjoy the weather. The staff was attentive, friendly and very helpful. Definitely would recommend for families and groups.

Staff was helpful and friendly at all times (Kenisha, Shawnette, and Daniel were awesome!). The room was cleaned well on a daily basis and had lots of storage space, as well as a small kitchen and roomy bathroom. The pool was simple but nice. Because of the natural setting around the pool, there were insects so we did get bug bites Rides to and from the beach were readily available.   Seascape had plenty of reserved beach chairs and umbrellas at Sibbone Beach, which was a nice perkGoing to town (Grace Bay) was a little more of an effort- the golf cart drop off was a 10-15 minute walk to go into town. The gravel road that the hotel is situated on felt a bit isolated and dark on the occasions that we walked home at night The central location was nice, as cab rides to various restaurants, shopping and beaches weee never too far.
