Excellent family holiday, booked last minute with jet 2 and happy that we choose the haydarpasha palace. Staff have been fantastic and the facility's are very good. Room was kept very clean and our cleaner Fatma has left the room really nice decorating the bed with petals etc that the kids liked to see when going back to the room. Animation team have been brilliant and kids club was really good for the kids also as there was always something going on. Food was ok and the service was excellent, especially from Koray and Mirac who are both really welcoming, always there asking if we needed anything and was fantastic with both our children making flowers from napkins which they both loved. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will be returning.
