We have visited this hotel before and have always enjoyed it, so decided to take our grandchildren this time for the half-term break. The staff could not have done any more. They ensured that every request was applied. Great customer service. As before the hotel was spotless, gardens and food were lovely. Special thanks to the entertainment team, fantastic shows and for encouraging our granddaughter who is shy, to take part in the activities. Loved the gala night. Thanks to Serra, Fatih, Anastasiia, and Morlyana for a fantastic kids club, our whirlwind of a grandson loved it. The only downside is the cats inside the restaurant. It’s not nice having them climbing on the furniture when you are eating. They are well looked after by the hotel, but regardless of the notices, people still feed them.
