Hotel Kadiköy Kervansaray

Bus, E10, from Sabiha Gökçen Airport stops 200 meters from the hotel. Hava bus stops as well. All the city buses stops there as well. A little further down the road, there are ferries going to Karakoy (Galata Tower), Eminonu (Egyptian spice market), Besiktas (Dolmabahçe Palace). Staff is very helpful, anything you ask they help you out. We got extra blankets and towels when we asked them for. We requested to change towels on the same day and they gave us fresh towels and took the ones we used. We stayed on the top floor where you could see the Bosphorus. Rooms were basic but decent, bathrooms are small but clean, hair dryer, hot water, wifi, refrigerator, a/c, heater, flat screen tv, dressing table with huge mirror, two sofa chairs and a table, power outlets, electric kettle, elevator. Plenty of local eateries within walking distance. 10 minutes walking distance to Kadikoy Bazar, where tons of bars, restaurants, shops are there, this place is buzzing with life. You can get the traditional Turkish coffee, Lahmuchan, Simit, Tavuk Sis (Chicken Sis), Kofte. There are also KFC, Burger King, McDonald's etc. Tshop, Gratis shops are also there. Nearby the shop, there are SOK shop, TurkCell shop for getting Turkish sim, local supermarket, fruit shops etc. The hotel is a bit rundown but still decent. Anyone looking for a budget hotel in Kadikoy, this is a good one.
