Really a very Nice Location to visit Exhibition Center, just 15 Minutes walkable distance. Morning View from the hotel is very good in Road Side. Terrace Restaurant is very Good for morning view. Budget Stay is possible here.

This is a perfect choice for who needs to be always on time at the Tuyap Exhibition Centre.
The location is clean, the staff are very kind and you have good amenities on your room that really is like a small apartment (with oven, lavabo, and iron on request).
I didn' have a breakfast but is it possible to have it.
Was my first time and I will stay here again in the future.
Unfortunately my room was very noisy, I don't know why but I heard a fan continuously in the night.
Because the place faces one of the main street, should be better to ask a room on the back.

Perfect for Tuyap Exhibition Center

Very Good Location for Industry Activity or Exhibition Center

Staff is Co-operative & in Morning looks very good from Terrace Restaurant, you can view almost entire city & near by marmara sea very well. Stay on Top Floor i.e. 8th Floor is very Good. Should provide pick up & drop from airport to hotel to airport.

Very Good Location for Exhibition Center or Industry Visit

Went with my husband, and the first room allocated to us was small and very basic. Located in the middle of nowhere, and a 15 minute walk to the mall and 40 minutes to the centre of Istanbul, I would recommend you pay extra and stay in Istanbul itself, the staff could not speak English which was frustrating considering they call themselves an international hotel, and we requested to stay in another room for our last two nights because after meeting another couple staying at the hotel we saw how large their room was. If you want to enjoy your stay in Istanbul then steer clear of AVM apartments
