Agar Apart

We stayed 2nd week of July 2025 for 5 nights as a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. We got a good self catering deal with Jet 2 and after reading some of the views we honestly weren't expecting too much. I can say that we pleasantly surprised we had the best few days there. The rooms were very basic but they were clean. We paid for air-conditioning which is £5 a night and we paid £25 for a 6pm checkout as we had a late flight home. The air-conditioning in the living room worked really well and if you leave the door open to the bedroom it cools the whole place down. Beds were comfy and the cleaners came in every day. The restaurant was good we had breakfast and lunch a couple of days there and the food was great and cost reasonable. You can't bring any of your own food or drinks round the pool but that wasn't being monitored while we were there. There are 2 shops within walking distance cans of pop 40 lira and ice creams 20-40 too. The boat trip booked through the apartment was well worth the money as you get breakfast and evening meal at the apartments and lunch on the boat it's £40 per person and we had such a good day. We did bodrum castle if you are into archeology it's well worth it €23 each but payable in Lira only. Restaurant wise for a family of 4 eating out most nights we never spent more than £60 an evening meal. Highly recommend The Columbia, Jack's Place and Annalivia for a treat. We loved the cats and apartment dog and even saw a tortoise or two. For a budget holiday I'd give it 5 stars.
