favourite guest house in the whole sousse area, friendly local staff , calm place, excellent service and very cool owner . Next to Hergma beach, about 200 meters , in the middle of the medina of Hergla where you can experience each detail of the daily local life of this awsome peaceful town

We went with our friends for only one night and reserved the whole place for us. It was an amazing experience ! I wish we had more time to spend there. The house is so beautiful and the staff are super nice. We met the owner she was very friendly. I definitely recommend this place, it's a gem !! I enjoyed the whole stay in this awesome house. Thank you so much for taking a good care of us we left with great memories !

An authentic Tunisian guesthouse with and blue decoration.

The room "Jezia"  with jaccuzi , is perfect for  a romantic occasion .

If you are looking for a cosy place to stay during your visit to hergla , I highly recommend Dar khadija.
 The room is clean and they made a special decoration for the birthday of my husband.
Lovely place

Staying at Dar Khadija was absolutely wonderful.  Beautiful surroundings, swimming pool and terraces.  Breakfast was perfect.   The owners clearly love their property and tend to it carefully with great attention for detail.   We were very well looked after and felt very welcome.  Even the email correspondence before out arrival generated great optimism on our part that we were going to somewhere special. We would stay again without any hesitation and hopefully we will.  

The dar is situated an easy walk from the main village and there is a little 'square' nearby to park a car safely.

If you are looking for a lovely place to stay in Hergla, Dar Khadija is probably the best choice. Rooms are very comfortable and each room is furnitured in different style. Heaters are available for cold nights in the winter. Ali, the owner takes good care of you. Tunisian meals can be arranged as well as excursions to surrounding attractions or further.

This is a hotel that claims to be a charm hotel, seems to us the type of establishments that arises with this approach in places yet unexplored, which is the case of Hergla, where it is located. It has an unprofessional approach, the owner get us halfway in the city, but then disappeared and the employees poorly understood us (we all speak French).
The common space  is beautiful -  the patio and swiming pool, with the rooms all over the patio around the pool. The rooms decorated with antique furniture and handicraft details, result a bit  kitschy for my taste.
The bathrooms have bath and shower some have both, but there was not a single product to use - no shampoo or shower gel, and soap only in some rooms.
When we wanted to have dinner they told us we had to wait that the other  couple who was having dinner finished. I was stunned but then I realized why - it was a logistical problem more precisely the lack of tables. They ended up improvising with two tables, a round and a rectangular, one lower another higher, much amateur work.
We had dinner, they hadn´t white wine although they had red, so I could not understand why. We eat a good fish soup and good bricks and an acceptable fish couscous, but the 20 euros per person without alcohol are clearly exaggerated.
The breakfast is nice – bread, egs, jam,  served at the table by the pool, but forgot the croissants that only appeared we had almost finished. Again unprofessional.
The price of the hotel, 90 euros per night is too much for what they offer.
