The staff is excellent and they treated us like family. Big up - Roxanne,  Mary, Arlene, Sharlene, Derek, Levi💖💖💖

Breakfast is included, and everything served to us was excellent. 

We stayed in the double room, and it was very spacious and comfortable. We are late sleepers and  would have liked some black out curtains, but we survived😊

The grounds are well kept and are serene. Some additional outdoor seating is appreciated, please and thanks 😊 

The house is walking distance to the Savannah,  Zoo, and Botanical Gardens.
There are food vendors in the Savannah year round so you can get a taste of the local delicacies. 

Me and two other friends stayed in the Savannah Maison house over the carnival period and we had a wonderful stay. The staff are all lovely and pleasant to deal with on a daily basis, and every morning you are treated to breakfast which showcases a variety of dishes to keep your appetite satisfied. The location of the property isn't too far from civilisation and more importantly its quite near the carnival route. Lastly the building is nice and secure with a big gate / wall and you have to be buzzed in to enter. 
I would 100% recommend for anyone thinking of going out to Trinidad.

I spent three days and two nights for the Easter vacation with my bestie and our kids.  I did not expect this level of service from a Guest House at all! Staff was very friendly in particular the kitchen staff who made a fabulous breakfast each day filled with our local trini flavors. Talk about home away from home!

Our room was the highlight of our stay which encouraged us to stay indoors which was not the plan.  Very spacious, equipped with refrigerator, dressing table, closet, kitchen area with basic kitchen utensils and microwave, dining table with chairs, couch, cable tv and most important wifi!  The only down side was the TV, which was too small for the size room.

The location is two minutes away from the Queen's Park Savannah and access to POS was no hassle. There is no pool but we used the pool at Hilton Hotel for just a small fee which is about 5 minutes away.  For the fitness fanatics you can walk to the Hilton.  Overall a great stay and I will definitely be back.

Staff was attentive and very responsive to our needs. Information was provided when requested. Very close proximity to the Savannah where Carnival activities were kept. Breakfast was delicious and featured a Caribbean flavor. Transportation was easily accessible. Room was spacious and kept clean daily.

Unique, but not in a bad way. Clean, friendly staff. Not a resort. Basic room with limited amenities, but good enough. Comfortable bed and strong wifi. No problems finding location using Waze App. 
Most interesting thing, is it shares the building with the Thai diplomatic consul. That has no negative aspect. Walking distance the The Savannah for evening BBQ meals or a nice jog.

I will start out by saying that this place was somewhat difficult to find. GPS did not help us with locating this guest house. We ended up having to call the office to get pointed in the right direction. Everyone was very helpful. Once we arrived and got settled in, the owner went out of her to way to take us around so that we would know where to go to find food. She also exchanged money for us so that we wouldn't have to find a cambio. She was sooo nice! On that alone I would recommend this place. 

The room I stayed in had a king sized bed which slept very well. The bathroom was nice and updated. 

One complaint would be regarding the size of the television in the room. For someone like myself who is nearsighted, it was almost impossible to see the tv from the bed. I like to watch television while in bed (as I'm sure you have guessed) so I resorted to just listening to the tv until I fell asleep.

My only other complaint is that there was no daily housekeeping. Not that I wanted or needed someone to make up the bed or clean the bathroom but more so regarding clean towels. This was my first time in Trinidad so I didn't know if it was normal. I thought maybe you had to make a request for clean towels, which I don't recall ever having to do. 

But overall, I had a great stay. It was nice experiencing a new place.
