We had a good stay in this hotel. The location is good if you want to be in the city centre. Close to the river and a market there, a foodmall not far as well. Rooms are not very big but well cleaned and good. A/C ok but needs a look. WiFi not good, or actually very bad. Good (small) shower and free water every day. Good hotel and absolutely a good option in Ubon Ratchathani.
