We really enjoyed our stay at A2 pool resort, the staff were friendly and accommodating to all of our needs. We had a room that lead directly out to the pool which was absolutely amazing! I loved being able to just sit and dip my feet in or hop in at any time. The rooms were clean and well styled, a few upkeep things need doing like the shower seals and marks in the bath, but nothing too much. The pool area looks lovely and is of good temperature - also love the kayaks! We only ate in the restaurant one evening but the food was lovely! The only downside is the internet connection - it cuts out every couple of minutes which was tricky when trying to connect with family or plan our days ahead. The hotel is based a short taxi ride away from old town Phuket and other areas, which are cheap and easy to book through the bolt app. Other than the WiFi we would recommend a stay at A2.
