1 reviewThe place is a 15 min walk from Surat Thani train station and therefore one of the few practical choices when taking an early morning train. The room looked lovely and was very spacious with 3 of us sharing. A little outside kitchen-net, had a microwave, kettle and some basic cutleries. The bathroom, Asian wet-style was functional. With 3/4 of the walls being glass, the place took in much of the street noises. The aircon likewise seemed to struggle to cool the place, though it wasn't very hot as temperatures drop in the evening. Absolutely top, is the hospitality and friendliness of the folks that run this place, hence the 4th star. Note that there is a night market that sells the typical Thai street food, or if you don't want to risk picking tummy troubles up, you would find a 7/11 shop at about 10-15 min walk away where you can pick up sandwiches, cup of noodles or even a freezer meal. Note that there are no other restaurant options any where near (or at least non that we found out about).
