After being let down by incompetent staff at the Hallo Patong hotel I walked into The Allano Hotel at 10am on Monday 17/9/18. The receptionist was a lovely young lady who was so helpful and professional. I explained to her that I just needed a room until 3.30pm same day as I was preparing to return home later that evening. The receptionist advised the cost and informed me that I could even check in there and then if I just gave her a few moments. I left and returned with my luggage from the disgraceful Hallo Patong where the lovely receptionist provided first class customer service to me. I was even offered a room upgrade!! Not required but so appreciated. Upon entering the room it was lovely. Bed was comfortable and room clean. More importantly bathroom was amazing. Relatively new and very clean. Far superior to the rooms of the Hallo Patong. Room also had a great view. Overall I wish I had stayed at this hotel rather than the one I was at. 10/10 for your great staff. Very professional young lady at reception. Will definitely stay again on my next visit. Thank you
