I have stayed at Sand Inn every year for about 11 years. It has a great location, at the corner of Bangla and Rat-U-Thit, the most central part of Patong. You can walk to lots of restaurants in all 4 directions, and the beach is a 10 minute walk. The rooms are very clean and have good a/c, hot water, and power. There is wifi in the rooms, but it is stronger in the lobby and restaurant. The staff are lovely, friendly, and very helpful, and they have all been there the entire time I've been staying there.
