The best part about this accommodation is definitely the price—it’s very affordable and great for travelers on a budget. The location is excellent, situated right between Ratchathewi and Phaya Thai BTS stations, with two 7/11 stores just around the corner. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and I appreciated the free snacks and drinks in the lobby. Cleanliness is well-maintained since shoes are only allowed in the lobby, and rooms are cleaned daily. The rooms themselves are spacious enough and well worth the price. A couple of things to note: the air-conditioning isn’t the coldest, though each room has two fans to help. There’s also no elevator, and the stairs can be a bit slippery, which might be tricky when carrying luggage. Overall, a great budget-friendly stay in a convenient location.
