Very good
2 reviewsIt was a bit of a task getting there as the hotel is deep in a soi and at least 12 kilometres away from the Ampawa Floating Market. You will also need your own/rented vehicle as there is no public transportation around these parts. However once you get there, the bungalows and setting are well worth the trek. They are actually located just off a klong (canal). The rooms are small and basic but clean and with aircon and running hot/cold water. Bathrooms too are basic but clean. You should calculate on spending more time out of your room than in it. There is bench style seating on propped up wooden rafters over the klong and you can rent a paddle boat from the resort and take a look at klong life firsthand. There is also a very nice restaurant within walking distance where the seafood is excellent and fresh. This resort is good for family outings, couples and groups of friends. It could get noisy though if the resort is crowded as the rooms are built close to each other.
