I \ve been travelling around many different countries seeing places randing from 5star to 1star. so it is very easy for me to estimate the quality and the service just from the first sight. In Aree Beach resort, everything was organized very well: we had fresh bedset, hjotshower, and the towels every day, needless to mention, fresh fruits as well as smiles of the personnel and very thoughtful and mind-broadening converstaions with the owner, who is the German man. The location of Aree Beach Resort was also very convenient for us - not far from the cental streets of Lamai Beach yet very close to the sea vawes. We also had a wonderful stroll on the beach right to the rocks on the south west of Koh Samui. It was romantic and breathtaking. I have only the best memories of the place. Also, it is an ideal hotel for families with children. Home-like, simple, and calm resort in the central part of Lamai. Isnt that what a European traveller is looking for while on an island? ;) To make it short, I will definetely recommend my friends to stay in Aree Beach Resort in Koh Samui.
