10 reviewsFrom being picked up from night arrival at airport to leaving. The Ocean11 and its staff made us feel at home. Our rooms were spacious with tv,s wifi and a balcony view of ocean. Breakfast fresh fruit and for our lad egg n bacon. The menu didnt have alot for our son who is autistic and picky diet. The staff were great they accommodated our son diet with a smile nothing was to much effort. Our lovely bartender Der made a beautiful cucumber and apple juice drink very refreshing in the heat. He also spent some time with us as did Joy and Nang. This is a must place to stay and dine the food is Devine great chef. Joy was just beautiful helping with all our enquiries of places to go also helping with arranging trips. As out Thai is not good. But Joy's english is great as is Nang's. We loved this place so much after we checked out (conference) for a week. We came back on last day we brought friends back with us for lunch and to say goodbye. Before flying out. I really cant thank the staff and management enough. They truly are what makes the residence feel like home and we were made to feel like family. The all went above and beyond to make us all especially our son be comfortable. WE WILL BE BACK
