Some may argue why I gave 5 stars and these are my reasons: 1) We were upgraded to second row bungalow which has a seaview. I highly regard hotels which are flexible, perhaps it's still low season so we were given a bungalow with better view 2) We had issue with shower not having hot water. But as soon as I reported it via WhatsApp the admin immediately sent an engineer to fix. I offered to have it fixed instead the following morning as it was already past 8pm then but they continued to fix. The response time is very fast. My biggest issue at hotel is that tap water is salty, but I think it's the same at hotels at the island. Otherwise Kradan will be our regular go to beach destination as the beach is really beautiful. Also the island is full of mosquitoes so make sure you bring with you insect repellent. Hotel restaurant provides insect repellent when dining.
