The hotel rooms spacious and spotless, they are cleaned everyday. It's at the north end of karon beach. It's 200tbh to Karon town and 400tbh to patong. Noy, the hotel manager is a gem, she booked us the elephant sanctuary which was an experience we will never forget. You are right next to the beach down the hill but it's a bit of a climb back up. The hotel belreakfast is great I highly recommend the sunshine burger. The views from the room down the beach were majestic, sitting there having a drink at sunset just heavenly.
