Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). The owner was responsive to specific check in and check out requests so appreciated the flexibility! Clean and provided what we needed, AC was great and everything functioned normally (bathroom tv etc). blackout curtains were really helpful!
What was bad
it was a bit loud, in a super busy part of town, so had to use earplugs for any good sleep. providing these or thicker windows would be a help to other travelers— but 7/11 is across the street so not hard :)
