If you are looking for comfortable place, this is might not be the place for you. But if you're looking a place that you will feel like home, this might be the one! When I said "old", it's literally old house that you have to be careful of single step :). The owner is very "easy going" type of owner, like a friend. You can talk to him about everything anything if you're lucky to find him around hehe.
