Located on the Mekong river, the resort consists of beautiful chalet style accommodation, extensive gardens with many areas to sit and enjoy the river views and the owners are very welcoming and friendly. We were lucky to to be shown an area where it was possible to swim in the Mekong, which was a dream of mine, by the owner's daughter and it was an amazing experience, Bikes were made available to us so we could enjoy the cycle path recently built at the front of the property and which follows the river for several miles (with some breaks, thai style :-)) Breakfast was good with a choice of thai dishes, american breakfast, toasts and Jam, and we ordered dinner at the property which was equally as good. Would I go back? Within a heartbeat! Tomorrow if I could!!
