Something in the middle between hotel room and flat. Ideal for one person. I had a small kitchen and very nice view from the balcony. I lived in ZCape 1, it has a small gym and swimming pool. Supercheap, fruit market, 7\11 are just nearby and that's very comfortable. I was renting condo for two month and paid 20 000 for the first month and 16 000 for the second including everything (electricity, water, internet).
