Great choice of hotel. Surprised its not 5 star, its sat in a perfect location to be easily accessible from the airport by sky train and the shopping centres are nearby, with just 3 nights here we are leaving wishing we had more time. The breakfast was amazing, all fresh and delicious, can't pick out anything wrong, it has food for everyone, even fussy eaters. The service was second to none, welcomed everytime we stepped into the hotel and bags were taken to our room straight away, and helped with early check in. All staff were friendly and always smiling creating a good atmosphere. The only thing I can complain about is the shower head in our room was slightly loose and that's nothing to actually complain about as there is a rain shower available in the room. Also the bed, we had a little issue with it being two beds strapped together but in saying that the beds were actually so comfy and you're deep asleep before bring bothered by it. Out of 10 we rate this hotel a solid 10/10 and would honestly recommend it to everyone. We will be returning next year.
