They do short term lets here, and only ask for one months deposit which they return when you leave. This place is super super clean. The staff are so helpful, they even carry your shopping to and fro for you. The pool is lovely and clean. The rooms are more like mini apartments, with a large fridge and microwave, oh and there's a shower and BATH! Yippee. The rooms are also super modern but again everything is so CLEAN! Its a 5 min walk to bang chak BTS so its pretty central, but you'd never know when you get there, it's quiet and out of the way. The reception area is lovely as its very traditional Thai in decor, I can't recommend this place enough, stay for a night or stay for a month, it's lovely and such value for money.
