130 reviewsThis is by far my favourite place to stay in Bangkok after coming to the city for a decade now, I used to stay in the party places when I was younger but now I prefer staying in this area of Silom, and cooper is a lovely quiet and clean place to do it. The staff here are very friendly and helpful and the place is well kept with great facilities; there is a kitchen area, laundry and rooftop garden. It is in a cute little alley with a few other hostels and has secure entry as well. The area is easy for walking around with the bts pretty close by and loads of streetfood options, I recommend the soi 20 market in the morning and street food tables in the evening. I cannot recommend Cooper enough if you are a mature traveler looking for a good budget place to stay.
