I love this place! The room is very nice and it has a fan on the ceiling. There is warm water (water pressure is not the best) and mosquito net around the bed. Its a 5 min walk to one of the most beautiful beaches and it feels very safe (unlike Stown Town). The breakfast is amazing and Ahmed is very helpfull. Even when I already left the place they offered their help for arranging trips from other parts of the island. 10/10 would recommend and I will definitely come back when I come to Zanzibar again.
