we spent 3 quiet and relaxing days. Friendly and helpful staff. On the beach near the hotel there is a small fishing village where in the evening we went to buy and eat freshly caught fish. Everything perfect

dream holiday

We came for kite foiling and had a perfect stay. 
We could set up our gear just in front of the hotel 🤙

On arrival at the airport our rental cars with rooftoptents were not there. Communication no longer available. Because we had booked a overnight stay at the Kipepeo Beach campsite we took a taxi there and asked if we could stay in the chalets instead. We were met by Jumani who was most helpfull and understanding  to our problem. He offered to ask the manager Dorothy for more specific help. And that she did!! Within 24 hours she arranged for us two safaricars with camping gear and rooftoptents. That we had to wait one day for the arrival from Arusha was not a problem because we were welkom to stay another night on the chalets. Dorothy saved our safari to the southern national parks.
Not to be forgotten is the fact that we stayed at a beautifull and quiet place at the beach and were served by a very friendly staff. The food always fresh, tasty end well prepared.

Extended stay out of necessety

Basic but very cute cottages in front of a very nice beach perfect for swimming, sunbathing, walking...and some other activities. The bar and restaurant is also very nice, you can even take your drinks and food to the beach. 

Nice and relaxed place to enjoy the beach

Please keep this a secret!!- I love this place. The staff are friendly, polite and very helpful. The setting is idyllic- the accommodation clean and comfortable. food is great, what is not to like!  Sadly it can become a little noisy at night due to a local disco. But I really like it here and feel very safe. But please keep it a secret!

A little bit of paradise

I stayed two nights at this beach village and so enjoyed my time here. The staff were very friendly and most helpful. Food was fine and room clean and tidy. I really appreciated that they organised my taxi to the airport. 

Loved my time here

We spent two nights here and had a great time. The staff are friendly and helpful, the beach is beautiful, our rooms were comfortable and we felt very safe. Food and drinks were great and atmosphere was lovely. A special thanks to Dorothy for her hospitality and helping to arrange transportation for us. 

Great spot

I first visited here six months ago and was happy to return again. Staff and management are welcoming, attentive and efficient. Food is delicious (I love the fruit at breakfast). Even at low tide you can still swim in deep water. The sunbeds, although hard, are plentiful as is shade. Rooms simple yet clean, plenty of hot water and relaxing hammock. Last time there was loud music at night from a neighbouring bar. This time it was only one night. 

A relaxing place by the ocean

This is my 4th stay . The place is great, the beach and surroundings are ideal for a few days away. The staff are friendly and helpful and every time I come here its immediately relaxing. Great place. 

Great Place

Back here for the first time in two and a half years, due to Covid. All the same friendly faces behind the bar and on reception, surely this alone is testament to a brilliantly run establishment?
I received such a warm welcome and felt like I was coming home!
I always stay in a chalet which are not luxurious but clean and spacious. The location is beautiful and quiet and the beach is fabulous. 
The food is great, I highly recommend a burger!
Thank you Siita, on reception, for helping me liaise with a colleague I was meeting who was running very late, nothing was too much trouble.
When I am in Tanzania, this will always be my first choice for a weekend break.
