This place is very close to the Hualien Train Station, within walking distance. Easy to get to even with rain & luggage. At most 10 minutes walking from the station.The staff are very nice and and respectful! They helped us call taxis when we needed.They had free ice cream/snacks 24 hours, so that was a plus :)
