Considering there is not much to do in Hualien, this hostel really feels like a hub. Nitta and Summer were both really helpful and friendly and encouraged guests to join them and their friends in the lobby/bar area downstairs - loved their little frenchie called Singleton too! The hostel was within 10 mins walk to the train station and was also one of the cleanest I have stayed in which was great. Decent kitchen area and lovely coi pond downstairs in the common area. Would definitely recommend.
