Booked for 3 nights after staying for 5 nights in another nearby hostel. The landlady and her son were friendly and helpful. The hostel has the best location. It is close to laundromat, convenience stores, restaurants, and to the Ximending walking district and MRT station, but slightly set back from the busy road; therefore, it's pretty quiet in the evening. Room was very basic and small, but clean and convenient. Breakfast wasn't available, but that was totally fine as there are so many options in the area. The minor problem we had is that our room is located on the 5th floor and there was no lift available. However, the landlady's son helped us with our luggage. Super helpful! Also, wifi was weak inside the room on the 5th floor. Outside the room, it was ok. I had my roaming anyway so that wasn't a big problem. I recommend this hostel.
