Just a short stroll from the Taipei Main Station, the hotel was very convenient when travelling throughout the city by train, as well as to and from the airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the accommodations were clean and comfortable, with the cost a real bargain considering the location and services. One drawback: although my booking included breakfast, I was a bit disappointed to discover that this consisted of coupons valued at NTD 55 per day at a nearby McDonalds. The last thing I am looking forward to as a traveller from North America is a big breakfast at "The Golden Arches", especially when there are many, more desirable eateries nearby.
